Our Church

Who We Are

At Arundel Baptist Church, we are committed to God and to His Word. We believe in a  personal God who loves us and desires a relationship with those He created in His image. The God of the Bible is not remote, distant, or aloof. Rather, He is Immanuel, God with us. Come and experience the nearness of God in this place while you visit with us.

As we gather, we gather to worship our God, who though personal, is also infinitely greater than His creation. He is the Creator and sovereign Lord, who holds all our days in His hands and who knows all things. Let us join together to praise our wonderful God.

At Arundel Baptist Church, we are committed to the Bible. We believe that the Bible is both inspired and inerrant. Inspiration means that God, by the Holy Spirit, moved the human authors of Scripture, so that, through and without violating their own personalities, they, without error, composed and recorded God’s complete intended message to man. Inerrancy means that the words of the Bible in their historical, grammatical, literary, and moral settings are wholly true in what they affirm, or deny, in every respect, whether these words concern doctrine, morality, history, or any of the natural sciences. The words of the inspired and inerrant Bible are more important to us than the words of any man or woman, and these words drive all that is preached and done.

As a Church, we are God’s instrument and the vehicle He has chosen to carry Christ’s love to the ends of the earth, beginning in our own neighborhoods and communities. The title Church says more about who we are than what we do. We make being part of a church a priority, and as a church, we are united around the Gospel of Christ.

Now that you know who we are, come to visit us for worship this weekend. We’d like to get to know you. You can park either in our parking lot or at the neighboring business next door. In our doors, you’ll find a casual, relaxed atmosphere with a blend of traditional and contemporary music. We would be honored if you would prayerfully consider making Arundel Baptist Church your church home.
